Our Story

About Open Heaven 

Open Heaven is a contemporary worship collective based out of Faith Life Church in Columbus, Ohio (Pastors Gary and Drenda Keesee). With music rooted in pop and rock sounds, mixed with the power of worship, Open Heaven’s latest album Revival Rising released May 17, 2019. The purpose of this project is to ignite a spirit of revival through boldness, passion, and spiritual awakening. Led by Amy Freudiger and accompanied by other worship leaders and songwriters, including Matthew Wooten, Timothy Keesee, Anna Marie Kamppi, and Alexis Healy, Open Heaven’s mission has always been to inspire an atmosphere in which the miraculous can happen.

Discography

Open Heaven’s previous projects include Live from Faith Life Church (2015), Lion of Judah (2016), and Miracle Maker (2017), each one bringing inspiring and hope-filled songs that are a celebration of the faith life, all released by Dream Worship and distributed by Capitol.

Even though they are celebrating 24 years of ministry and have over 3,000 people that now call Faith Life Church home, Amy Freudiger (who is also the lead worship pastor) says it feels like they are just getting started. “We are seeing an awesome awakening among young people, as well as the lost being saved in unprecedented numbers. It’s definitely a new season, and God is doing something extraordinary!”
